We understand architecture as a possible answer to questions that concern our clients and society. The Programming Team specifies the questions and isolates the problem. We recognize complex processes and interdependencies.

We develop new building typologies, places for innovation and communication, working environments and thought models for our clients - interdisciplinary and innovative beyond existing boundaries.

Our tasks are diverse in topic and scale. In the early stages of projects, we work closely with clients, users and our design studios.

We create the right context for a task by defining the vision, designing a target image, recording and evaluating requirements and making the right deductions.

Among other things, we deal with working environments and the spatial challenges of new ways of working, we develop strategic building concepts and master plans for companies, real estate developers and municipalities.

With an unconventional way of thinking and interdisciplinary methods we develop reliable and resilient strategies and concepts.

Forms and spaces are not a mere goal, but are developed from the processes, requirements and cultural contexts of the respective project.

For our our programming department we are looking for Working Students / Interns (M/F/x) with an architectural, interior design, graphic design, communications, software programming or data analysis educational background for our Berlin office at the earliest possible date.

You can expect the following:

Development of innovative spatial concepts, development studies and master plans
Collaboration on research and innovation projects
Development of strategies and concepts with internal and external stakeholders and experts
Creation of land use and program concepts
Analysis and visualization of business processes (communication, innovation, production, etc.)
Preparation of potential studies for buildings and working environments
Accompaniment of design processes and concepts
Creation of presentations

You bring along:

Enrolled student (M/F/x) in the fields of architecture, design, psychology, data science, graphic or communication design or similar
Experience in an architecture office, innovation and design studio, product management or in the consulting industry is desirable but not a prerequisite
Expertise/specialization in one of the following topics is desirable: data analysis and processing, behavioral design, work environments and strategies, agile work practices, storyboarding, real estate development and economics, modular wood construction
Strong communication and drafting skills
Independent, analytical and strategic working style
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
