Summary Statement:

To strengthen our Group Accounting team, we are currently seeking a working student who can support us at our Berlin location for a minimum period of
6 months.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Collaboration on IFRS monthly, quarterly, and consolidated financial statements within the ERP environment of the Ottobock Group
Assistance in special projects within Group Accounting (liquidations, mergers, etc.)
Creation and editing of templates, booking templates, documentation, as well as external reports for various stakeholders
Support in financial reporting processes (including IFRS 15, IFRS 16, Work in Progress) for the IFRS consolidated financial statements and quarterly reporting
Participation in the advancement of IFRS accounting guidelines, and analysis and evaluation of international accountingrelated inquiries

Qualifications:

Student in the field of Business Administration or Economics, preferably with a focus on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or Accounting
Completed basic studies or advanced bachelor's studies (minimum of 120 ECTS credits), ideally with good to very good academic performance
Preferably, initial practical experience in accounting according to German GAAP (HGB) or IFRS
Excellent English and good German language skills, both written and spoken
Proficient in MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP knowledge is advantageous
