Berlin as an
Accounts Payable Accountant in our Shared Service Center.

In this dynamic role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless financial processes for our **Italian
- and Spanish
-speaking legal entities. This essential part-time
position, comprising 20 hours per week
, offers a fixed-term contract of two years
, with the potential for extension.

You are responsible for**:


  • Efficiently processing incoming invoices and credit notes, with or without Purchase Orders, utilizing SAP & xFlow systems
  • Accurately coding invoices and credit notes with General Ledger accounts
  • Ensuring timely payments through payment runs and manual processes
  • Maintaining clear and serviceoriented communication with our business partners
  • Managing requests such as tickets and dunnings promptly and effectively
  • Clearing supplier accounts, resolving open items in a timely manner
  • Overseeing travel expense review and approval (with SAP Concur) and credit card reconciliation

Show your strengths:


  • Completed apprenticeship or academic degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar
  • First experiences in Finance, preferably in Accounting
  • Proficient in both
    Italian and
    Spanish, both written and spoken, is required. An intermediate level of English is also desired
  • Knowledge in SAP or xFlow are an advantage
  • A good understanding of Accounting processes, especially with regards to processing incoming invoices
  • Organized and able to work on different tasks in a structured and timeoriented way
  • Good communication skills and a cooperative working style
