The AAA GmbH was founded in Hamburg in June 2008 as a 100% subsidiary of AAA Assistance Aéronautique & Aérospatiale SAS in Paris.

Based on over 20 years of experience in the aeronautical business, we offer all subcontracted work-packages on aircraft or aircraft components performed by AAA teams in client's facilities in mechanical, structural and electrical activities.

Aircraft Fitter/Sheet Metal Worker (M/F/gn) for Hamburg

Main missions:

Assemble structural parts with fasteners according to special processes description
Position, fit, drill, bore, deburr, verify assembly
Use aircraft technical data (work orders, drawings, production, quality, safety, instructions sheets)
Use chemical products for sealing, electrical bonding, anticorrosive, paint touchup
Execute work orders within the given standard time
Report the status of the work performed at the end of the shift
Verify the conformity of the work by using as reference the technical documentation given with the work order
Responsibilities regarding QSE (quality, security, environment):
Ensure that the FOD and safety rules are fulfilled
Respect the quality rules on the work performed

Education and Experience:

Education as Aircraft Sheet Metal Worker or Industrial Mechanic with 2 years experience as Sheet Metal Worker
Team player
Good English (B1/B2) to perform tasks according to technical documentation
Ability to work in early and late shifts. Flexibility for night shifts and weekends is a plus
