For the Product Group Driving Assistance we are looking for a:

Product Group Global HR Business Partner (M/F/d)

These challenges await you:

Drive CDV Strategic Projects with focus to Organizational Efficiency, Culture and Leadership e.g "Attraction
Retention Project", PM Career Path, to make CDV the place to be
Business Partner with the Product Line and Network 1st lines to help them with all their global operational business from HR Perspective including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, etc.
Consult and support the business leaders
Drive, coordinate, strategise and support business for creating Efficiency and Synergy across country borders.
Strengthen the New Comers Onboarding Process, Structure and Culture
Work closely with Site HR and BG HR to implement the transversal peoplerelated topics like recruitment, delegation, compensation effectively and sustainably
Ensuring a strong engagement and investment of leadership development as an organization culture. Monitor, recommend leadership intervention, development program participation, build up the executive talent pipeline with the right skill, attitude and mindset.
Follow up and drive global employee engagement initiative in partnership with various CDV sites

You inspire us with that:

Completed studies and at least 5 years of professional experience as HR Business Partner in an international environment, ideally in the automotive sector.
As an HR allrounder, you combine a high level of consulting expertise with a modern understanding of HR work and are also able to work with top management at eye level
You like variety, you enjoy working internationally with different cultures and are willing to travel regularly
You bring experience in the implementation of HR projects, are resultsoriented and solve challenges independently
Diplomatic skills, strong communication skills and a good understanding of HR law aspects complete your profile
Strong skills with Excel, Powerpoint.
You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and are open to change
You have a high degree of commitment to our internal and external customers
You communicate very confidently in both German and English
Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge in the use of Workday and Peoplesoft is desirable
