Tasks

What you will do?

Support in the implementation of campaigns that build Cosmo brand image in the marketplace
Support in coordination of image initiatives dedicated to Cosmo business teams
Coorganization and participation in employer branding events (online and offline), including job fairs, conferences, workshops, meetups (events aimed at both students and experienced people)
Cooperation with external suppliers, universities, student organizations
Daily cooperation with the People and Marketing Team
Cocreation of content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Cocreation of content for the career website
Reporting and analysis of the effects of employer branding activities undertaken

Requirements:

What we want from you?

You are a university student in Berlin.
You have a passion and interest in the area of employer branding (ideally experience of about 1 year is preferred)
You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
You have a "light pen" and openness to a dynamic work environment
You have creativity, attention to detail, very good organization of work that's our daily routine
