Standort: Nürnberg, DEYou will be part of the Modern Workplace Services Teams to collaborate with our local support teams globally and our Printing Hardware providers.

Your new responsibilities:

Coordinate and align our hardware strategy with our Printing Hardware providers
Consult our local support teams around the globe regarding workplace design, planning, implementation and governance of our Printing Environment
Responsible for Cloud hosted servers for Managed Print Service
Steer external company in support cases or support to setup of new services
Take care of technical support for printers in a global environment
Support to drive the future setup of printing infrastructure worldwide, in office and shopfloor environment
Interacting with the Operations Management team and solution vendors to coordinate resolution of problems requiring Level 4 support

Your qualification:

Apprenticeship in the field of information technology with additional qualification or equivalent
Several years hands on experience in IT field work
Knowledge about Cloud environments, especially AWS or Azure
Knowledge of server infrastructure and handling (ESX farm, Windows Servers, virtual servers, onprem hardware)
Competency and technical knowledge in Windows/ Output Environment
Fluent English language skills written and spoken
Team player, very good communication skills, ability and flexibility to adapt to change, including shifting and competing priorities
Experience in working a multicultural environment in an international context would be a plus
