What you need to know about this position

  • This position is responsible to manage the order fulfilment process ensuring optimal product availability at all shippingpoints for defined product segments
  • Work with Demand Planning / Demand Fulfilment / Customer Collaboration and Sales to manage bottlenecks, LETs, NPDs and customer promotions incl. required tracking/reporting
  • Ensure that Warehouse & Transport efficiencies are achieved through optimal order replenishment, Peak Management, Direct Plant Shipments, Big Order Split, on time delivery creation and correct carrier determination
  • Accountable for reporting of cancellations including reason codes and availability information to enable proactive communication to customers

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Manage the order fulfilment process, respecting the customer segment and channel mix
  • Balance supply constraints and delivery of service levels through crossfunctional alignment
  • Use appropriate tools and processes such as availability checks and stock allocation rules
  • Effectively manage new product introductions and product withdrawals to maximize sales and to minimize writeoffs

  • Good numerical, analytical and logical reasoning skills
  • Highlevel of SAP competence
  • FMCG/CPG experience
  • A customerfacing role within customer service, logistics or sales
  • Experience in customer service, logistics and sales
  • Good knowledge of the total supply chain/ordertocash process
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Fluent in German, business English


The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
