Your tasks will include:

Extensive cooperation in the creation and conception of HR standard reports
Analysis and evaluation of HR KPIs
Collaboration in the further development of our reporting landscape
Supporting annual HR processes such as personnel cost planning, salary and bonus planning as well as adhoc requests
Plausibility check of reported personnel costs in the Financial Performance Management System
Support in the maintenance of master data in the personnel management system

Your Profile:

Studies in the field of business administration, economics, business informatics or comparable courses of study
Confident handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
An affinity for numbers and enjoys preparing and analysing data
Very good written and spoken English (German is a plus)
Initial experience with Personio and PowerBI is an advantage
