In order to support the department MSI Operations Serial, Airbus Commercial is looking for a

VIE (d/f/m) - Project Management - Mechanical System:

Location: Hamburg

Your location:

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities:

Responsible for operational progress related to technical topics and development activities
Accountable for deliverables on time and on quality
Synchronize customer needs with stakeholders to gather/formalize/cascade and prioritize requirements
Creation of cost & resource planning with corresponding reportings/status reports

- perform Progress Meetings and Action follow-up within the Multi Functional Team
- monitor and control of the schedule based on master schedule incl detailed activities

Collaboration with MSI Design Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Customer Representatives and Design Specialists from other disciplines to provide the appropriate integrated design solutions
Support the digital transformation in the team

Desired skills and qualifications:

University degree in the area of industrial engineering, Aviation / mechanical engineering, or an equivalent field of study.
First practical experience in the field of project management and engineering processes is desirable.
Fluent in german and english.
Project management, solution oriented, communication skills, stakeholder management, analytical and structured thinking, system thinking.
