Who will you be joining?
Allianz Headquarters located in Munich and focus on the steering of the Allianz Group globally.

At Global Sourcing & Procurement you get the chance to contribute to exciting and challenging topics and projects.

You work in the Team of Procurement Enablement in the department of Global Sourcing and Procurement and will be responsible for Processes and Tools, the implementation of methodologies as well as their optimization and enhancement.

You own extensive experience in procurement, are able to explore and drive topics independently and are good at analytical thinking? You own excellent communication skills? Then you fit into our team very well

How can you make an impact?

Drive further development and preparation of analyses and reports
Work with guidance on data preparation, data modeling, data analysis, and development tasks
Engage as part of a team to develop AI products targeting concrete insurance business use cases
Assist in technical tasks, investigating different internal & external data sources (Structured & unstructured)
Support team members in their contentrelated tasks
Research content inside and outside of Allianz on challenging data topics (thought leadership)

What are you made of?

Minimum Qualifications

Student in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or other relevant fields
Finished bachelor is a plus
Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
Basic understanding and/or strong interest in data and advanced analytics (machine learning, data science, AI)
Previous experience in Procurement or business related functions (e.i. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus
Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university or (for an internship) a gap year

Certificate of enrollment (exception gap year)
Preferred Qualifications
Prior internship as Data Analyst/Scientist is a plus
Proficiency in python programming
Ideally experienced with databases and have knowledge about visualization tools like Power BI
Good organization and communication skills
Quick on your feet
Attention to detail
Collaborative attitude
