The Recruitment Partner role plays an instrumental role in managing recruitment processes and executing the firm's overall talent acquisition strategy: Identify, Engage, Assess, Hire & Pre-Onboard.


In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting employees (identifying, recruiting, assessing, hiring and pre-onboarding) Owning the Talent Acquisition process, collaborating with our HR & Business Partners to provide a high-quality, efficient and timely end-to-end recruitment service for our Bad Hersfeld distribution centre.


This role is a hybrid role and will require 2 days a week on site at the DC in Bad Hersfeld.


Experience needed for this role:

Recruiting experience in the region (Hesse)

Headhunting and managing end-to-end hiring processes, as well as hiring large amounts of staff and the techniques required to attract, find and retain the best talent

The ability to work with a variety of functions and stakeholders, considering cultural differences

Thorough knowledge of legal requirements related to recruitment, actively reducing legal risk and ensuring compliance

Proven ability to build effective and credible relationships, take on challenges, and work with integrity at all levels within the organization to inform hiring decisions

Ability to deal with the expectations or conflicting requirements and priorities of multiple stakeholders

A team player who can work both independently and in a team

Business fluent German is required as well as solid English skills, other languages would be an advantage
