Interns/Working Students for Renewable Energies Engineering and Technical Advisory (M/F/d)
The position is vacant from , but a later start can also be arranged.

Where your expertise is needed:

Acceleration of energy transition by providing technical advisory to institutions, project developers and energy offtakers, from feasibility studies over project development and execution until operation und beyond
Development of largescale renewable power systems all over the world, including technology review, energy yield assessment and system design optimization, permitting and regulatory analysis, financial analysis, project management support
Support realization of hybrid renewable energy projects decarbonizing highenergy demand industries
Optimize renewable generation and storage capacities, create technical drawings of plant layouts and define project technical specifications

What we're looking for:

Students in a master's program related to renewable energy technologies (e.g., Bachelor in mechanical, electrical, process engineering or comparable curricula following a consecutive master program)
Currently studying and living in Hamburg and willing to do at least a 2mont fulltime internship with presence in our office at the Elbe River in Altona (potentially continuing afterwards as parttime student)
Willingness to continue the internship, if necessary, as a working student activity alongside your studies
Basic skills in CAD drawing, renewable power system modelling, software programming, and electrical grid modelling are helpful
Diligent and independent working attitude, analytic and conceptual thinking
Some work experiences in electrical or mechanical engineering in the renewable power sector are beneficial
Fluent skills of German language (speaking and writing) are beneficial
