Your Tasks

  • Budgeting: Manage the financials of department cost centers and the intercompany charging with global regions, collaborate with subteam leads for budgeting and quarterly forecasting, and coordinate with the finance and controlling team.
  • Project excellence: Project management oversight of the department ́s major projects and reporting into the Head of Sales and Marketing.
  • Sales intelligence: Concept development including purpose and target audience; implementation including data capture and analysis and drill out of results to provide Group wide recommendations, including crossselling, upselling, and bundling of services.
  • Executive presentations: Preparation of executivelevel presentations.
  • Community management:
  • Conceptualize and implement key internal stakeholder updates (in either video or newsletter form) from the Global Sales and Marketing Team.
  • Administration of the sales community channel

Data privacy:

Provide oversight and updates on data protection laws relevant to sales and marketing in liaison with the Global Data Protection experts.


Your Qualifications

  • Education: Master or Bachelor level studies either in business or engineering field.
  • Work experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales and/or marketing.
  • Analytical Skills: Possesses an analytical and detailed mentality.
  • Growth Mindset: Demonstrates a mindset focused on development and eagerness to learn.
  • Project Management: Familiar with agile project management techniques.
  • Language and communication skills: Excellent command of verbal and written English and German. Clear and articulate communication skills.

Tools proficiency:
Competence in Microsoft Office suite, Business Warehouse reports and excellent PowerPoint skills, with video and Photoshop skills considered a plus
