Aufgaben:


The automotive industry is currently facing several challenges:

Besides technological changes and a strong focus on digitalization, customers are changing expectations and buying behaviours and new competitors are driving automotive sales.

These factors are demanding an even stronger customer orientation across all sales channels as well as the adaption of our vehicle sales and business models.


Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG is not just the financial services provider for Mercedes-Benz Cars & Vans, we are much more than that.

In close collaboration with various stakeholders, our area "Brand Performance" is responsible for the development of strategic products, data-based services and innovative business models in the area of online and direct sales, retention, electrification, marketing, CRM and payment.


Your main tasks will be:

  • Proactive support of the Head of Brand Performance in managing internal Sales & Markeing departments as well as all relevant operation and strategic topics, initiatives and projects
  • Support the coordination and review of content for internal and external groups/committees including storyline building, document creation and post meeting analysis on complex and strategic topics
  • Support creation of presentations and documents for management level meetings, while ensuring high quality level and attention to detail
  • Support preparation and coordination of Brand Performance Leadership team meetings including agenda coordination
  • Support execution of internal events in collaboration with administrative assistant, CCO team and Communications (e.g. social intranet communications, Culture & Strategy Day, Townhalls)
  • Support the internal communication strategy of the E2 area
  • I n a nutshell: You will be empowered to fully bring in your expertise, creativity and digital skills to jointly achieve our ambitious targets on a global level

Qualifikationen:


  • Bachelor or Master degree in International Business & Economics or equivalent.
  • High degree of selfmotivation and ability to work independently
  • Proven record of performing in complex environment and delivering bestinclass results
  • The ability to balance competing priorities and complete tasks on time
  • Strong strategic planning & analytical skills
  • Excellent experience in dealing with MS Office products (mostly powerpoint & excel)
  • Experience in an intercultural and international context (fluent business English is working language and required)
  • Strong team orientation and value based work ethic
  • Growth mindset and eager to learn
This is 20 hour/week employment with an initial contractual limitation of 6 months.
