  • You record, process, document and solve productspecific support requests your holistic responsibility
  • You run indepth analysis, reproduce problems and provide solutions or workarounds
  • You provide input for publications such as white papers and training materials
  • You are responsible for the administration and maintenance of our test systems

Profile:


  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and German
  • Experience in 1st or 2nd level support as well as in the area of incident management
  • Technical degree in computer science or training in IT systems management
  • Sound knowledge of Windows 7, 8, 10 and Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 as well as Active Directory
  • Experience with terminal servers, desktop virtualisation techniques
  • Knowledge in the areas of network technology, firewall, DMZ and proxy server
