Deine Rolle in unserem Team

  • Selbstständige und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer HR IT Systeme im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld, beispielsweise unser Personalverwaltungssystem, Bewerbungsmanagement oder Organisationsmanagement
  • Einführung neuer Systeme/Module von Anforderungsanalyse, Koordination mit externen Partnern, Roll
  • Out bis zur Nachbereitung
  • Gestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessen im internationalen Kontext sowie aktives Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung im Bereich HR
  • Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für die Endnutzer (m/w/d) bei Fragen oder Problemen

Du passt gut zu uns mit

  • Ausbildung/Studium im IT Umfeld z.
B. Fachinformatiker, Informatikkaufmann, Wirtschaftsinformatiker (je m/w/d) oder ähnliche, ggf. mit entsprechender Weiterbildung, alternativ betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung/Studium mit großem Interesse oder Erfahrung im oben genannten Aufgabengebiet

  • Hoher Affinität und Begeisterung zu IT-Systemen und Prozessen im HR Umfeld, erste Berufserfahrung im oben genannten Aufgabengebiet von Vorteil
  • Sehr guten Deutsch
- und guten Englischkenntnissen

  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke in Verbindung mit gewissenhafter und strukturierter Arbeitsweise
