As a data scientist in the Center for Data & Analytics Insights, you will be a key element in shaping the future data culture and solutions at Fressnapf.

Your innovative and efficient solutions will focus on improving the entire journey of our customers by building and optimizing the future Fressnapf customer-centric ecosystem along its entire value chain.

Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's data science strategy
Lead largescale data science projects and initiatives, delivering significant business value
Develop innovative approaches and methodologies to solve complex datarelated challenges
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align data initiatives with business objectives
Mentor and guide junior and midlevel data scientists, fostering their professional growth
Stay at the forefront of emerging trends and technologies in the data science field
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, presenting insights and recommendations

What you need to bring with you:

D. in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, statistics, mathematics, physics), or proven equivalent experience

Extensive experience leading and delivering highimpact data science projects
Strong expertise in advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques as well as in programming languages such as Python, R, and/or Java
Deep understanding of big data technologies (e.g. Azure, GPC, AWS, Snowflake), version control tools (e.g. GitHub, Bitbucket), and distributed computing frameworks
Excellent communication and influencing abilities, with experience presenting to senior executives
Track record of driving innovation and staying ahead of industry trends
