Die Hörexperten beraten Kunden, führen kostenlose Hörtests durch, passen Hörsysteme sowie Gehörschutz präzise an und verschenken so neue Lebensqualität.

Reporting directly to Head of HR Operations & Total Rewards, Christian Domberg, the HR Total Rewards Specialist (Senior) is together with his/ her tandem colleagues the reference person for all topics related to compensation, bonus, benefits and company pension, also responsible for some national & corporate HR projects.


Governance:


  • Provide functional expertise and perform specialized process administration ensuring high quality and fast execution in line with company guidelines in regards of compensation, benefits, company pension schemes, total rewards and labor cost
  • Ensure compliance with local rules & legislations in personnel administration, payroll, and transactional processes, develop localized HR Policies to support Labor Laws and Global Mobility
  • Ensure that the implementation of Amplifon policies, procedures and guidelines are in line with current employment law and the Company's strategy and demanded timelines.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:


  • Develop & maintain Compensation & Grading policies and processes
  • Develop & maintain Benefits, Bonus policies and processes
  • Develop and maintain Company Pension Schemes in cooperation with external providers
  • Facilitate the annual Salary Review Process
  • Data Management & Reporting Compensation & Benefits
  • Jointly work on HR Total Rewards Strategies
  • Lead & Deliver HR Projects

Job Requirements:
(Knowledge/ Experience)
:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or related topics
  • Minimum 3/4 years of relevant experience compensation & benefits management
  • Deep Grading & Compensation Knowhow
  • Knowledge of Labor law essentials
  • Good analytical skills and capabilities
