For the international launch of our strategic Electronic Medical Record ORBIS (U) we are looking for you, in one of our Dedalus locations in Germany or Germany-wide in home office as a

Service Design Specialist (M/F/d)

Your responsibilities:

Guide the regions in the design and optimization of the service organizations to accommodate the introduction of ORBIS
Act as a service representative in the R&D release documentation/processes
Act as a service representative in the preassesment/Launch process when launching ORBIS in a new country
Create/gather and maintain the required service transfer documents like default statement of work, service plan default project plan
Introduce, review and optimize the required service processes to support the move of our products to cloud
Define, document the support model for ORBIS
Act as a BU stakeholder in the international service management virtual community and project management virtual community

You bring along:

Over 5 years' experience as an engineer or consultant supporting clients in a high tech or software environment (ideally within Healthcare IT)
Languages: Fluent in German and English. Knowledge in French would be a plus
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Selfmotivated with history of remote work
You have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and leadership skills
Your are accountable and take ownership for tasks/issues escalated to the team and act as a facilitator when required
Commitment to teamwork and ability to foster productive working relations with internal and external groups
Certified ITIL 4 or PMP/Prince 2 is a plus
