Your Role:

Become accountable for subprojects or individual modules of larger projects.
Collect insights and perform various analytics for your colleagues.
Develop and formulate project recommendations.
Prepare material for team members and clients (e.g., reports, presentations, business case estimations).
Present ideas and research findings to colleagues and client management.
Prepare and lead workshops at the client's site.
As you progress you will start managing stakeholders.

Your profile:

Undergraduate or master's degree
Outstanding record of academic achievement
Prior experience in consulting, pharmaceutical industry knowledge is a plus
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
Entrepreneurial spirit, handson cando attitude and proactivity
Meticulous attention to detail and a creative thinker with proven problemsolving skills
High level of commitment and personal responsibility
Advanced communication skills
Ability to convincingly communicate in English (knowledge of German is a plus)
