Our international client, with a global network of offices, provides business executives around the world with tailored practical conferences, large scale events, online events, and webinars, keeping them up to date with industry trends, technological developments, and the regulatory landscape.

To maintain their enviable position, they currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conference Producer to join their cohesive and high performing team.

As a Berlin-based Conference Producer, you will:

Research, develop, coordinate, and deliver high-quality conference programs that drive attendance
Attract highlevel industry speakers and identify new revenue streams and event formats
Work closely with sponsorship managers to identify sponsors
Work closely with marketing and attendee sales teams to maximize event and attendee revenues
Contribute to contentrelated marketing efforts, including social media
Identify new conference themes and commercial opportunities through indepth market analysis
Build relationships with key stakeholders, thought leaders, and industry associations
Manage conferences onsite and oversee all logístical requirements

Conference Producer Requirements:

A degree in humanities, social sciences, business administration, journalism, communications, or a related field
Min 25 years of relevant conference producer experience from within a conference business
A willingness to learn, think analytically, have excellent time management skills, and be goaloriented
Be able to work your way through complex topics in a short period of time
Purposeful, reliably, and solutionoriented
Business acumen
Selfconfident with strong communication skills
Good with numbers
German native and fluent in written and spoken English (business level)

A base salary of 40-55k
