About the Role:


How you will contribute

  • Responsibility for inventory and supply capability,
  • Supervision of inventory and coordination of the implementation and carry out of Cycle Counts according to given processes and work instructions,
  • Investigation and processing of cycle count results,
  • Initiation and tracking of corrective measurements for Inventory optimization,
  • Implementation of corrective actions based on RCCA's (Root cause and corrective action) in cooperation with the operative departments and their responsible persons,
- optimization of processes

  • Analysis, Investigation and resolution of SystoSys issues, Processing of counting results of PI's,
  • Coordination and communication with the customer regarding inventory results,
  • Communication and coordination with the operative departments,
  • Daily and weekly reporting (internally and externally),
  • Monitoring of the regional KPI's and SLA's including the inventory targets,
  • Supporting projects within logistics & SCM.

Your Key Qualifications

  • Successful graduation in business administration or industrial engineering with focus on logistics or Supply Chain Management,
  • 23 years working experience in logistics, freight forwarding, S&OP or inventory management is desirable,
  • Leading experience is an advantageous
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, ERP's and especially SAP,
  • A valid proof of a background check (ZÜP) is an advantage.
  • You enjoy working in a varied and exciting work environment for a global client during night hours.
  • Fluent German speaking and very good English knowledge is required.
  • Very good skills on MS Office, especially Excel,
  • You have a dynamic, target
- and team-oriented personality with good communication skills, and you are able to work under pressure.
