Our client is an automobile manufacturer. We are looking for some talented personalities to join the Dutch team.

Incoming calls are either triggered by vehicle occupants pressing the emergency call button or automated by the vehicle if it is involved in an accident.

Your task is to first get the best possible picture of the situation and then initiate the appropriate measures. To do this, you ask questions and support the people on the scene with advice adapted to the situation.

Typical questions that may arise are:

  • How many seriously / slightly injured people are there?
  • How to stabilise fractures
  • How do you put someone in the recovery position?
  • What measures are necessary to secure the vehicle
  • Which injured person needs to be taken care of first
  • What else is needed: Hotel booking, rental vehicle, tow truck, police, fire service, lawyer, etc.
