Become a part of COOKIES WORLD.AS BARTENDER YOU'LL...
- select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve drinks to guests
- develop new cocktail recipes
- control the workflow of the evening
- motivate the Team and report to the Chef de Bar
- make sure all standards are followed before and during service (production, prep, cleaning, orders)
REQUIREMENTS
It takes a mixture of ingredients to make the perfect drink and our teams are no different.
- Experience is preferred but not a necessity
- More importantly, we want someone who is interested in and passionate about learning about drinks and mixology
- Have a passion for hospitality (if you know, you know)
- Be a role model of delivering drink quality and hygiene standards
- Good communication skills, so the shift runs like clockwork
- To attend, cater, understand guests specific needs to deliver a unique experience
- Availability to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays
