Outokumpu is seeking a dynamic and motivated
Specialist to join our
Cyber Assurance team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting and strengthening our security controls, while pushing the boundaries of cyber security within our organization.

We work closely with various departments, including IT, to ensure that our security policies, frameworks, and controls are top-notch. What You'll Do:

Develop, update, and enforce information security service continuity and risk management strategies.
Take the lead in managing our service continuity framework.
Identify risks and vulnerabilities through thorough risk assessments and analysis and develop effective corrective actions and remediation plans.
Conduct gap analyses to determine the current status of continuity and risk management and define strategies for security resilience.
Recommend and implement robust security controls based on internal standards and industry best practices.
Ensure all periodical milestones and control activities are completed and documented promptly.
Act as a valuable point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance and support to enable the success of other teams.

What We're Looking For:

Basic knowledge of industryleading Cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001/2, NIST, CIS, as well as privacy regulations like GDPR.
A thirst for learning and expanding your expertise across multiple information security domains: IT, OT, and IoT.
The ability to take ownership of your responsibilities and drive the execution of your ideas.
Experience working on crossorganizational projects and adept at stakeholder management.
Thriving in a multicultural matrix organization is your second nature.
Excellent written and spoken English skills. Bonus points for proficiency in other languages.
Selfmotivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Stellar communication skills to effectively engage with diverse technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Industryrecognized cyber security professional certifications such as CRISC and CISSP are a plus.
