Your Tasks:

You are responsible for the supply planning in the frame of S&OP cycle.
You analyse the demand development and improve the purchase forecast in cooperation with the Demand Planner
You ensure the timely submission of the demand forecast and purchase forecast to suppliers
You take over the delivery tracking incl. Order confirmation control; if necessary, escalation and alignment on express delivery
You are responsible for delivery performance control and coordination with business partners in case of shortage
You will cooperate with Category Management to maintain material master data for NPI and material changes.
In addition, you are also responsible for working with Central Purchasing and incorporating condition changes into the process
You control invoices on inbound and account assignment; if needed clarify differences of incomplete inbound
You support in credit note procedures
You cooperate in projects

Your Profile:

You have completed commercial training
You have more than 2 years of professional experience in the field of demand planning, supply planning, operational purchasing, etc.
You have very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel
You have a very good language knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
You have good SAP knowledge (MM, SD)
You are a good communicator, a team player and able to work under pressure
Your way of working is structured and well organized
Reliability, accuracy and a high degree of personal responsibility are among your strengths
