This is a true
Business Partnering role where you will deliver HR Strategy and Objectives through coaching, supporting, and challenging your function.

You will play a huge part in driving the success of the Function you are supporting, as part of TJX Europe's ever-growing business.

  • Act as HR Business Partner for Buying/Buying Operations and Head Office within the Buying Regional Offices, ( Dusseldorf /Paris/Denmark) providing expert and specialist HR advice and support at all levels
  • Function as the main HR contact for the German Head Office and Regional Buying Offices
  • Providing expert HR advice and consultation on all HR issues that arise
  • Successfully partner with the centres of expertise, across all offices including working with Payroll to provide information to external payroll providers
  • Work with high levels of complexity providing HR support within Buying across Germany and the Buying Offices communicating with stakeholders at all levels within the business on a wide range of complex matters and strategic initiatives.

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Proven track record of working effectively with senior level stakeholders in an international environment probably gained from working as an HR Business Partner or similar position in the past.
  • Several years' experience in the HR area, ideally with a recognised HR qualification
  • Proven ability to manage multiple topics at the same time and where high levels of accuracy are paramount probably gained from operating in a fastpaced retail (or equivalent) organisation
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent influencing, relationship building and communication skills
  • Proven change leadership ability creating meaning for others, and being comfortable in proposing innovative and transformative approaches to problem solving
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders within an organisation irrespective of reporting line structure
  • Demonstrable experience of working in teams to achieve a common goal
  • Excellent coaching and development skills
  • Fluent in German and English (any additional language would be beneficial)
  • Willingness to travel
