The Transformation Office is seeking a working student (f/m/d)(10h/week) to support change management activities within a global IT transformation project at Heidelberg Materials.

Join our dynamic team at Heidelberg Materials and contribute to the transformation of the heavy building materials industry.


As a Working Student in Organizational Change Management, you will play an important role in assisting the transformation team in various aspects, including change management, training, and communication.

You will work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment within our digital department. This position is based in Heidelberg, Germany, with the possibility of remote work.


Your next challenge:


  • Provide support in change management activities within our SAP S/4HANA implementation programme
  • Develop and support specific measures, e. g. leadership engagement workshops, trainings, analyses, information events, (virtual) meetings
  • Organise and manage workshops and trainings
  • Design convincing and motivating communication on the upcoming changes for internal recipients and communication channels
  • Conduct research around current transformation topics, including desk research, personal interviews, and surveys
  • Coordinate and collaborate with people and teams in other departments and countries Learn about our industry, business lines and digital initiatives through training and workshops offered by the company

Your profile:


  • Studies in psychology, business administration, change management, educational sciences or a comparable field
  • Proficiency and fluency in English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good analytical skills, you can understand problems and find solutions for them
  • You are goaldriven, creative, curious and proactive
  • You are a good communicator You work well independently and in a team of people with international backgrounds
