What you will do:


The OEC is responsible for developing and operating SAP's compliance program in the area of corruption, bribery and fraud, including investigating misconduct in these areas.


We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) who can support us in various of our daily activities in the OEC Investigations Operations Team.

Your tasks as a working student (f/m/d) include, for example:

  • Provide administrative support and work closely with the OEC Investigations Operations Team
  • Assist in various critical mission activities, such as reporting cycles to OEC internal and external stakeholders
  • Support in the organization of weekly meetings
  • Prepare meeting/presentation materials or summaries in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Interact, communicate and collaborate with internal and external parties in an international environment
  • Execute quality checks in OEC internal systems
The working student is offered the unique chance to gain insights into the compliance work of an international team and also to make him
- or herself a respected, fully-integrated team member.


What you bring
You are a currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences:

  • Studying preferably in the fields: Business, Economics, Law or related fields
  • Having the following computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Speaking: Fluent German and English
  • Ability to work independently & selforganized, proactively, and as a team player
  • Good analytical skills
  • A plus are work experience such as SAPexperience (e.g. internship) preferable, otherwise Advisory
- or Law firm


Meet the team


The Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) is a part of the Office of the CEO, and reports both to SAP's CEO and to the Head of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board.

The OEC's mission statement includes the need to address the risks faced by SAP from potential bribery and corruption and to investigate fraud of a substantial and criminal nature.

Our primary aim is to enable SAP's compliance with the FCPA (U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act), UK Bribery Act, the German Criminal Code and other anti-corruption and bribery laws.

The OEC is responsible for various SAP compliance initiatives, including oversight and support of the SAP Global Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, employee compliance training and communications, and the global governance of SAP Global Policies.
