Your Role:


Responsibilities:

Reporting Management: Develop and maintain regular sales reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Ensure Correct Use of SFDC:

Oversee the proper use of SFDC, ensuring that all sales processes, including close plans and MEDDPIC qualification, are accurately documented and adhered to.

Prospect Target List Generation:

Utilize market research and sales data to generate prospect target lists for sales representatives, enabling them to effectively prioritize their outreach efforts.

Coordinate with Product and Marketing:

Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure alignment on sales assets, including presentations, case studies, and collateral, to support the sales process.

Administrative Tasks:

Manage various administrative tasks such as SharePoint management, contract management, and other ad-hoc tasks to support the sales operations function.


Your Skills:

-
Background:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
-
Experience:

Proven experience in sales operations or related roles, preferably in a technology or SaaS company.

Strength:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
-
Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
-
Soft skills:

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-
Tools:

Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and contract management systems is a plus.

Languages:

Fluent in English, knowledge of German is a plus.
