Purpose of the role


Your mission at La Française:

La Française Systematic Asset Management GmbH is looking for an Officer Finance & Controlling in Frankfurt am Main. You will be working hand in hand with the Head of Finance and Controlling in an ambitious team. This position is a parental leave replacement and currently limited to 1 year.


The role is to actively support the team in the areas of financial accounting, controlling, ensuring regulated outsourcing controlling in accordance with - 36 KAGB and reporting.

The role will include

Responsible for the preparation of the monthly financial statement

Preparation of outgoing invoices; Account assignment of incoming and outgoing invoices

Account reconciliations and cash management

Collaboration with our external payroll service provider

Support for auditing companies

Reporting GmbH accounting

Support with budgeting

Preparation of reports for affiliated companies

Support in the preparation of the fund cost reporting and in the preparation of the figures for the meeting documents of the supervisory board

Ensuring regulated outsourcing controlling in accordance with - 36 KAGB for financial accounting

Responsible for reporting in the area of financial accounting

Support of regular daily business and ad hoc requests

Required skills

Commercial training (e.g. bank clerk, tax clerk, accountant) or business studies with a focus on finance/controlling

First work experience 2-4 years

Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) is essential, French is an advantage

Good knowledge of MS Office

Experience with DATEV

Precise and very accurate way of working

Analytical thinking skills

High service and team orientation
