Valid work permit, technician needs to be available at
least 6 months.

We are looking for a Technician to support a customer location in Ingolstadt. This role requires a highly skilled individual with L1 desktop support capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability by end users
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for Windows workstations and mobility

- support/management

Should have practitionerlevel knowledge in SCCM 2012 and O36
Repair or replace damaged hardware like laptops/desktops/iPad
Upgrade the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers as per client standards
Installing and upgrading antivirus software on the computer to ensure security standards are met

as defined by the clientskills

Provide support to users and be the first point of contact for error reporting/ticket management
Establish good rapport with all departments and colleagues
Conduct daily ticket/queue Management

Qualifications:
Proven L1 Desktop Support skills and familiarity with IMAC processes.
Strong experience in managing and troubleshooting Mac systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks across various locations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to travel to various locations as needed.
