YOUR MISSION:

Join us in disrupting the international energy trading market and leave your mark in re-defining how energy traders work.

You are responsible for defining our content strategy and creating content that resonates with our target audience. You understand our product, our vision and the marketing strategy to get there.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As part of the Marketing team you

Write and publish content that showcases our unique value proposition and addresses our individual customer segments with a relevant message
Work independently to understand our target group and create valuable content and meaningful insights depending on their interests, needs and regions
Own our content publishing process for various online (website, social media) /offline (events, PR relations) marketing campaigns from concept through to validation to build our brand awareness and nurture leads
Collaborate internally with Product, Sales and Account Management to create a vision for the short and longterm content requirements for scale
Lead our LinkedIn content calendar to engage and grow our audience
Be the owner of our tone of voice: any written content follows your lead
Analyse data from various sources to improve the effectiveness of our content. Experience with Google Analytics and SEO is a plus.

YOUR PROFILE / WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

You have a Bachelor's degree with a marketing or communications major or equivalent experience
You have already gained 3 years of practical experience in content marketing with B2B focus (energy industry is a strong plus)
You are able to distil complex information in a customerfocused, easy to understand manner
You are keen to learn more about the energy industry and our customers
You have a thorough understanding of content writing process, including research, fact checking and publication
You are a great communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills in native English (German is a plus) with handson mentality
You are an autonomous result oriented selfstarter with entrepreneurial mindset that can work on own initiative and still be a great team play
