Launch your career as a
Trainee in
Procurement and Logistics for assignments e.g. at our

Burghausen or
Munich site
starting in
October 2024.

Our 18-month trainee program will introduce you to various departments and opportunities for development and integrate you into our day-to-day business.

Your responsibilities
Manage global strategic procurement projects related to the following topics, among others:

Development of digital tools that generate value
Carbon footprint reduction
Stabilization of global supply chains in times of increasing trade disputes

Manage a variety of logistics projects, such as the following:

Real-time tracking of global supply chains
Selfdriving vehicles for internal use on company grounds and at the logistics center
Material flow analyses and warehousing strategies in a digital environment

Your qualifications

Outstanding performance in the completion of a master's degree

- (in business administration, engineering management, business informatics or a combination of business administration and chemistry)

International experience (study abroad, etc.) and a passion for networking
A passion for interdisciplinary teamwork
Excellent German and Englisch skills (level C1)
Willingness to travel for domestic and international project assignments
