Your tasks

The position includes the following responsibilities:

Development of deep learning algorithms for the analysis of medical image data and classification of therapy progressions.
Support of teaching (preferably in English) in the context of the field of medical informatics

Profile:

For being part of the selection process is needed:

Very good scientific university education (diploma/master) in computer science, engineering computer science or a similar course of study

Following competences are desirable:

Very good knowledge of Python
Good knowledge in the area of Deep Learning
Commitment to working with students
Knowledge in the field of visualization and image processing of medical data sets is an advantage
