dentolo is looking for a Recruiting Team Lead with a passion for hiring exceptional talent and building diverse, inclusive teams.

As the Recruiting Team Lead, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission to create tailored insurance solutions for individual customer needs.

dentolo is an insurtech company that was founded in 2015 and we develop and operate holistic insurance solutions that include dental and pet health coverage.

Responsibilities:

Manage the recruiting team and provide guidance and support to our team of talent acquisition specialists
Lead the fullcycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer negotiation
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement
Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote our organization as an employer of choice
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment
Ensure the full usage of our ATS system (Workable)
Be operationally involved in the recruiting for top level positions
Improve and take care of our Recruiting Dashboards

Requirements:

5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years of team management experience
Extensive experience in fullcycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong ability to build relationships
Proven track record of working with hiring managers to identify and hire top talent
Strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to track metrics and measure recruitment effectiveness
Strong project management skills
Excellent knowledge of German and English language
