- Selection of suitable subcontractors taking into account all legal and operational regulations
- Identification of new subcontractor activities, based on the needs of all faculties in the area of quality
- Creation and coordination of service descriptions within Quality for the commissioning of the planned work packages
- Joint management with Purchasing of the end-to-end management of subcontractor activities, from contract to delivery and subsequent finalisation of contracts
- Proactively monitor subcontractor performance to ensure that quality, on-time delivery and cost meet requirements
- Handling risks and discrepancies with subcontractors
- Perform root cause analysis and mitigation measures to minimise impact and prevent recurrence
- Seeking strategic opportunities to create economic benefits in the supply chain and identifying opportunities for optimisation and innovation
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies or economics or a comparable technical degree
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of project and quality management
- Detailed user knowledge of MS Office
- Business fluent in German and English
- Existing work permit for the EU
