For our strongly growing portfolio, we are looking for an experienced

Assistant to the VP International Advisory Services (f/m/x)

The position is initially limited to 24 months.

Your Tasks
You manage the administrative operations to ensure the highest level of effectiveness
First point of contact/gatekeeper
Coordinating and planning of continual domestic and international travel, including organizing trip agendas and logistics as well as completing expense reports
Acts as a communications liaison with other departments as required
Organizing executive level meetings virtually and in person
Onboarding new employees
Maintaining consultant database of the department
Supporting the DocuSing process
Supporting the Departments accounting and controlling
support the acquisition process for development finance projects, including the identification of opportunities, preparation of expressions of interest and technical proposals, expert recruitment, and other related activities
You use social media to promote our work
Your Profile
University degree, preferably at Masters' level, in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking, or related field or equivalent professional experience;
3 to 5 years' experience as an Assistant in the higher Management;
Advanced command of written and spoken German and English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
Being flexible to adjust/adapt with changing priorities
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloads
Methodological and organizational talent with reliable scheduling competencies
A strong competence with Microsoft Office programs
Ability to integrate into an international team and work in a dynamic environment
Careful, consistent, and service-oriented work ethic
Ability to work independently with a high level of integrity and discretion
