We are looking for a part-time employee in the area of internal sales and customer service to support us with immediate effect.

Tasks

Acceptance and processing of customer enquiries
Active care and support of our existing customers
Providing advice on our products and services
Responsibility for projects within the scope of the job
Processing complaints and complaint management
Administrative ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

Professional experience in internal sales or in a similar administrative position with direct customer contact
Strong information and communication skills
Careful and professional way of working with customers
Keeping a "cool head" even in turbulent situations
Very good PC skills (MS Office)
Very good written and spoken German
