The
Solution Architect
API role is an opportunity to contribute to the development and future of our API suite.

We are looking for someone who can align our technical API with the needs of our clients (and leads), guide technical integrations, and nurture lasting customer relationships.

This role has a balance of both pre
- and post-sales responsibilities, with both a technical and customer-facing focus.


Tasks:

Integration: Support clients throughout the integration process and enable them to use our API product suite in the best possible way.

Product Feedback: Aligning the internal, technical API development with the needs of our (potential) clients and building bridges between our engineers and customers.

Pre-Sales: Support our commercial team in sales processes by answering technical questions and outlining the technical capabilities of our products.

Demos: Build tailored mini demos and code snippets to showcase optimal usage and integration possibilities of our API services.

Customer Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor for our API clients - both when supporting with issues and strategically developing our cooperation with them


Requirements:

• Very strong experience in advising B2B customers and ability to manage high demanding stakeholders in English
• Sense for the right, clientspecific framing of results and ability to communicate complex concepts and to define a bestfit solution based on clients' needs
• Strong interest in technological innovation
• Handson experience in creating meaningful, usecasespecific and interactive material (e.g. demos, interactive blog posts, widgets, etc.)
• Experience in consulting, customer success, project management, account management and/or sale or similar field in a B2B environment
• Experience or professional network within real estate platforms is a plus
