We are looking for a
Head of Process Engineering (M/F/d) to join our headquarters in
Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team of technicians and process engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment
  • Manage all production activities for our hardware and consumable products in cooperation with our external suppliers, ensure and coordinate daily business
  • Ownership of the design transfer process to introduce new products into serial production
  • Maintenance of the operational workflows and standardized documentation in our ERP system (MS Dynamics)
  • Drive constant process improvement and a philosophy of lean management
  • Connect and cooperate with the Quality and Purchasing department as well as other interfaces to ensure seamless Operations

Qualifications:


  • University degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Production engineering or equivalent education
  • Experience as a Team Lead or proven interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team
  • Industry experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in one ERP system (ideally MS Dynamics)
  • Problem solving mentality
  • Good technical understanding
  • Confident behavior with external suppliers
  • Strong drive for handson work, process optimization and celebrating successes in a team with top performance
  • Fluent in English and German for internal and external communication
