We are looking for an Accountant who will ensure accurate financial statements of several entities in the DACH and France markets, contribute to introducing better systems and processes but also be part of further internationalization.

What is the role about?

Assisting in the consolidation of financial information from global subsidiaries to support accurate financial reporting.
Following established accounting and consolidation procedures and making recommendations for process improvements where necessary.
Maintaining accurate and organized general ledger records and assisting in the preparation of financial statements.
Supporting the firsttime group audit with a Big 4 company, by providing accurate financial data and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Assisting in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, and ensuring all accounts are reconciled and financial statements are accurate.

What will you need to be successful?

You have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
You have a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
You have a strong knowledge of HGB. Experience with Datev and knowledge of IFRS, US or FR GAAP would be a plus.
You are a good communicator in English and German.
You have an independent and structured way of working and are stimulated by working in a fastpaced environment.
You proactively suggest and initiate improvement. You take ownership to lead projects.
And last but not least, you're a team player and you enjoy working and thrive in an international dynamic environment.
