For our APA Parts Commercial Team at our site in Marktoberdorf we are looking for an
Intern for Continuous Improvement Projects_.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with the Parts Commercial team to identify areas for improvement by gathering and analysing data
  • Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participate in project meetings, provide input, and help drive project progress
  • Assist in tracking project milestones, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing progress reports
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of process improvements

What You Will Bring

  • Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline)
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify improvement opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Detailoriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

A Plus If You Have

  • Previous experience or coursework related to process improvement
  • Familiarity with project management concepts and tools
  • Knowledge of parts operations or related industry
