YOUR ROLE:

Involvement in our international team that creates and manages learning opportunities for Henkel employees worldwide
Get insights into cloud technology, and support administration/backend of our learning programs
Analyze and improve existing learning programs to make sure that our learning offerings remain stateoftheart
Coordinate tasks around creating and updating our learning offerings together with our shared service centers
Active collaboration and networking with key stakeholders from global HR community
Experience an agile and fun way of working with our IT stakeholders
Coordinate and prepare exchange calls with our multinational teams
Get insights into various learning formats, e.g., elearning, blended learning
Research leading practices and learning trends

YOUR SKILLS:

Student (d/f/m) who has successfully completed first semesters of business administration, psychology, or human resourcesrelated studies
Excitement for learning, people development and digital learning formats, ideally first practical experience in the form of internships or student jobs in human resources or related field
Excellent English language skills
Keen interest in working with digital tools and systems, and ideally first experience in working with cloud technologies
Enjoy working with data, ability to understand, interpret and communicate data and reports
Reliable and good selforganization, ability to work on various tasks in parallel
Team player with strong communication skills, who is dynamic, passionate, and full of energy
Availability as of April or May for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between € gross per month.

The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
