DEINE AUFGABEN• Online-Marketing-Kampagnen : Du entwickelst und verantwortest die Durchführung von B2B-Marketingkampagnen über verschiedene Marketingkanäle hinweg bis hin zur Auswertung, z. B. Bewerben einzelner Standorte zur Steigerung der Teilnehmerzahl an bestimmten Seminartagen
• Redaktionsplanung und Kampagnensteuerung : In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketingteam koordinierst und überwachst du Marketingaktionen gemäß Verkaufs- und Marketingplänen
• User Research & Analytics : Du arbeitest maximal kundenzentriert und analysierst Markttrends, KPIs, Wettbewerb und Kundenverhalten für ein sauberes Reporting und zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftspotenziale
• Content-Pflege : Du pflegst eigenständig und kontinuierlich mit uns den Content unserer Website und Mediathek (z. B. Fachartikel, Seminarbeschreibungen, Webinar-Ausschnitte)
• Social-Media-Marketing : Du pflegst unsere Social-Media-Kanäle und entwickelst diese in Abstimmung mit der Teamleitung weiter (aktueller Fokus auf Instagram & YouTube)
• E-Mail-Marketing : Du konzipierst unsere regelmäßigen Kundenmailings und setzt diese entsprechend um (Newsletter, automatisierte E-Mail-Kampagnen) DEIN PROFIL
• Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Marketing / Kommunikation abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Du verfügst über 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich digitales Marketing oder Kommunikation
• Du bist kreativ genug, um täglich neu und anders zu denken und möchtest etwas aktiv mitgestalten
• Du bist in der Lage, in einem anspruchsvollen und agilen Umfeld zu arbeiten, hast ein Auge für Details sowie Zusammenhänge und eine klare Prozessorientierung
• Du bist kommunikationsstark und teamfähig
• Du hast ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit Darüber hinaus: o Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift o Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint und Word o Kenntnisse im B2B-Umfeld sind wünschenswert aber kein Muss o Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Nutzungsanalyse und Reporting (z.
