What you'll do:

You are tracking adherence to Project Methodology incl. Status Reports, Project Plans, etc.
Ownership over budget controlling, portfolio management, and the tracking of action items of the project teams
You are organizing project meetings, incl. the creation of meeting minutes, project documents, presentations, etc.
Full support of program managers by consolidating relevant project information and handling program

- and project-specific communication

You are an active driver of change management and training preparation

Who you are:

You have a proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or in a similar role with a minimum of five years of experience in the industry
Ideally, you bring a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
You are a project management professional and ideally have been certified (PMP)
Excellent organizational skills and outstanding verbal and written communication
You have a strong attention to detail and technicalities, and convince through your interpersonal and multitasking skills
Fluency in English and German
