Your tasks

Support maintaining program methods and tools (e.g. action log, status reports)
Support in preparing and coordinating content for meetings and events
Work with management team to prioritize business and information needs and deliverables
Enable and structure workstream activities as part of country deployment activities
Support implementation of key transport strategic initiatives around decarbonization, digitalization and growth
Support global communication strategy by managing the schedule, coordinating content, supporting continuous improvement
Maintain and administrate business intelligence databases, incl trouble shooting
