Examples of your tasks:


  • You will play a leading role in accelerating Myos' sales growth in the DACH region.
  • Lead a fastgrowing sales team consisting of 5 Account Managers.
  • Take responsibility for the overall goal achievement of the trained sales team, and monitor all relevant sales KPIs.
  • Manage and constantly optimize our sales processes.
  • Define and drive our growth strategy end to end.
  • Continuously review new growth opportunities and drive the development and maintenance of strong and longterm client relationships.

What we think will help you to fulfil these tasks:

  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • Two to three years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in building and managing a highperformance B2B sales organization.
  • Creativity, strong networking skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of a company as well as to present your own ideas and suggestions.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new challenges in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills in English and German as well as an analytical mindset.
  • Experience in ecommerce and/or fintech is a plus, but not required.
