• In the context of support cases, you will take over the independent
  support and solution of requests from our existing customers. You will carefully maintain our internal ticket system.
• Your
  language skills are valuable: You communicate with our international customers in various languages to understand and solve their questions and problems.
• You operate our software solution "blind": you
  solve questions and problems pragmatically and
  support customers (proactively) in the onboarding process to start a digital collaboration as soon as possible.
• Existing, standardised processes and documents serve as a "guide" for you to
  solve support cases quickly and without indepth technical knowledge.

• Ideally, you have successfully completed your school education and have already gained some
  work experience. If you are ready to learn something new, you are also welcome to join us as a career changer.
• It is easy for you to
  communicate in German and English. Ideally, you will also be able to use other languages, although Eastern European languages are a clear advantage.

  communicative character and your ability to work in a team you enrich our support team.
• If you are not afraid of technical terms, that is an advantage. It would be ideal if you even already have
  experience in the support of software solutions.
